B1, B2, B3 Regional Distribution Relationships
The B1 level dealers represent the highest level of the Boleo dealer system and are usually found in strategic areas of specific markets, where their responsibilities include the international positioning of the company and strategic cooperation. There are generally no B2 and B3 dealers in the area where B1 dealers are located, as B1 has assumed a strategic role in the area.
B2 level dealers appear below the B1 level, have a certain market influence in Europe, Australia, and other developed countries, and are responsible for the promotion of the company’s products and play a certain degree of influence in the local community.
B3 dealers, on the other hand, are generally found in markets that cannot be covered by B2 and serve as the lowest level of representation in the absence of a local dealer. They are in emerging markets or other areas not covered by B2.
Relationship Between B1, B2, and B3
In the same area, there will generally only be one of the levels B1, B2, and B3, and dealers at all levels are mutually exclusive to avoid competition and confusion. B3 level dealers face the risk of cancellation of authorization once there is a B2 or B1 level dealer in their area, as B2 and B1 level dealers already have a higher level of service capability and market influence.
B3 dealers may be subject to the jurisdiction and influence of B2 and B1 dealers, who need to follow stricter regulations and pricing systems to ensure uniform market positioning and service standards. B1 level dealers have a dominant position in their regions, guiding and managing B2 and B3 level dealers to maintain the stability and orderly operation of the entire distribution network.
