Choosing the right trailer to correctly load and secure your Boleo excavator protects your investment and reduces transport risk!

Select the Right Transport Vehicle

Matching equipment and trailer: Ensure that the chosen trailer and towing vehicle can carry the weight of the excavator. Most Boleo mini-excavators are available from 1 to 6 tonnes.

Compliance with regulations: Always check federal, state, and local load, width, length, and height regulations before shipping. Some oversized loads may require special approvals or permits.

Loading the Machine Correctly

Load preparation: Ensure that the trailer is parked on firm, level ground, with the parking brake secured and the wheels blocked. Use a metal ramp of suitable length and width with a non-slip surface.

Loading processes: Drive with the heaviest end facing up when loading the excavator onto the trailer. Switch off the auto idle function and move the two-speed drive to the low position. Check hydraulic hoses: Make sure that hydraulic hoses are arranged in such a way that they do not interfere with the machine on the trailer. Hoses should not be placed under the machine, at the tie-downs or connected in a position where they could be disconnected.
