Purpose
To clarify the conditions and scope of quality warranty service for excavators produced by Boleo Corporation, and to define the rights and obligations between the company and users in terms of product quality assurance responsibilities and after-sale services.
Scope of Application
This regulation applies only to the quality maintenance management of Boleo excavators produced by Boleo.
Definition
If a product is maintained under the specified service conditions and a part fails or is damaged due to a defect or disqualification in product design, manufacture, assembly, or materials within the specified time, Boleo will provide new parts free of charge for user replacement.
If the product is not used in accordance with the specified conditions or is outside the warranty period, Boleo will not provide warranty service.
Warranty Rules
During the warranty period stipulated by the Company, if the equipment is faulty or damaged due to design, manufacture, assembly, or material quality, the Company will provide new parts but shall not bear any other liability for any related indirect loss.
Warranty Period Regulations
The warranty period for excavator products starts from the date of shipment (bill of lading date), and the warranty period for each component is described in detail in the following sections of this warranty manual.
No Warranty Service Category
If the relevant information of damaged parts cannot be provided as required, no compensation shall be given.
If the equipment is disassembled, repaired, or modified (any part is not in compliance with the factory standard is identified as modification, such as privately installed attachments, privately modified bucket, etc.) without written approval from BOLEO, thus affecting the performance and use of the equipment, the entire machine will be out of warranty.
Damage caused by natural disaster or force majeure (such as earthquake, fire, snow disaster, typhoon, collapse, and war) will result in the entire machine being out of warranty.
Violations of the excavator operation rules, operation beyond the specified use of the equipment, or overload operation will result in the relevant faulty parts not being under warranty.
Failure to use and maintain the equipment correctly according to the instruction manual, including routine maintenance and repair (detailed maintenance parts replacement periodic chart), using inferior oil and other maintenance materials, resulting in equipment failure and damage, will result in the relevant faulty parts not being under warranty.
If there is an abnormal situation, the equipment should be stopped and inspected in time. Continued forced operation with a fault will result in the expansion of faulty parts, and the related fault parts will not be under warranty.
Faulty parts caused by using non-original BOLEO parts will not be under warranty.
Easy-wear parts of the machine will not be under warranty.
Attachments that belong to tools, spare parts, normal maintenance, and all kinds of easy-wear parts will not be guaranteed, including:

Bulb, Fuse, Seal Strips (Rubber Strip)
Various Filter Elements, Lubricating Oil, Lubricating Grease, Hydraulic Oil, Gear Oil, Antifreeze
Bucket Teeth, Cutter, Sleeve, Washer, Installation Block, Fastener (Screw, Bolt, Nut, Pipe Clamp, Hoop, Wire Clip, Securing Clip, DT Fixing Plate, HD Connector Retaining Plate, Cable Ties, Plastic Clips, etc.)
Pin, Shaft, Sleeve, Rubber Parts (Rubber Block, Belt, Rubber Jacket, Rubber Hat, Rubber Plate, Rubber Mat, Rubber Tape, Rubber Footplate, Balancing Container, Fuel Pipe, Insulator Cap, etc.)
